The product structure is in SS430 chromium stainless steel, with IP32 protection rating. The SS430 structure was designed for use in dry areas and environments without particular corrosion resistance requirements. For outdoor installation or in environments with advanced corrosion resistance requirements, the structure is also available in SS304 and SS316 stainless steel (price available on request). Each final module is equipped with an MHTM drive and an MMC motor controller. Intermediate and combination modules contain 2 drives and 2 motor controllers. The master module contains the MBC lane controller. Lanes are made up of several modules. The gate assumes a 50 mm space between the two wings. The modules are equipped with 4 light beams for security and control functions and have a display indicating the lane passage direction [red cross/green arrow, gate end display (GED)].
